Work Experience:
Grow Consultancy Limited (June 2014 to current) - Founder, Director and Principal Consultant
A management consultancy firm helping businesses develop strategy, business plans, new market and product development, commercialization of new products & IP.  Clients include HITO- Hairdressing, Barbering and Beauty ITO, YMCA Central, New Zealand secondary schools.
 
She is currently working as Head of Engagement for New Zealand Drama School in Wellington. Also She worked at Education New Zealand, Waiariki Institute of Technology, Wellington Institute of Technology in varying senior positions leading business units and major work programmes.
